What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all the major credit cards. Prices are in United States dollars.


SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
Almost everywhere. Email support@ackeeology.com if you’re having trouble placing an order.

 

Where do you ship from?
In North America, our products are shipped from North Carolina and California. We also ship from Latvia. The location we are shipping from depends on the end address since our main goal is to offer the fastest fulfillment and shipping possible, this way the orders are routed to make it happen.

Where can I see how much the shipping will cost?
The cost of shipping will depend on where you want to ship. You are able to review the shipping cost at checkout after entering your shipping address. Rates are calculated live and we ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx.

How do I know that my order has been successfully shipped?
When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This email will include a tracking link. We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depend on product type and destination. Alternatively, you can check the status on your account page.

Can I track the shipment?
Yes. Once your item is shipped, we will send you the tracking number. You can then check your shipping status on the Canada Post website.

The estimated delivery date has passed and I still have not received my order. What’s wrong?
Please note that the estimated delivery dates are estimates only and not guarantees. There are many factors that can affect the delivery of your order. If the tracking information shows that you have received your package and you have not received your package please get in touch with us.


CLOTHING & PRINTING

Are there any special washing instructions for your products?
We recommend that you wash our products inside-out in cold water with like colors. Do not iron over the designs. Tumble dry on a low setting or hang dry for best results. Please refer to the washing instructions printed on each shirt’s label.

What kind of garments do you print on?
Most of our tees are printed on 100% preshrunk combed ringspun cotton but check the “Fabric” section for details, of the product you wish to purchase.

Do you have size charts?
To be sure of fit check the size specification on each product page.

What printing methods do you use?
We use Direct To Garment Printing (DTG) to ensure a quality print using clean and safe water-based inks. This printing process prints the design where the inks attach directly to the fibers, with a superb hand that almost feels like part of the fabric.

ORDERS

Can orders be done over the phone?
Unfortunately, we do not process any orders by phone. All orders must be placed directly on our online website.

How long will my order take to process?
Orders are made to order, meaning your order will go to print within 2-7 business days of purchase. You can check the order status from your account page at any time.

Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled at any time before processing. Once the order is being processed, cancellation is not possible. To cancel an order, immediately email support@ackeeology.com

What is your return/exchange policy?
At this time we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns but we do accept exchanges. We thank you for your patience as we work on providing a better return/exchange policy.

What to do if my purchase doesn’t arrive or arrives in damaged condition?
In the event that you don’t receive your purchase, first, check your order confirmation to make sure the shipping address was entered correctly; if the shipping address is correct, email us at support@ackeeology.com. If your item arrives damaged, email us with photos of the item.

Do you take custom orders?
We are unable to make custom pieces for individuals, however, can accommodate special projects with larger quantities. Contact glen@ackeeology.com for more information.
