Where do you ship?
Almost everywhere. Email support@ackeeology.com if you’re having trouble placing an order.

Where do you ship from?
In North America, our products are shipped from North Carolina and California. We also ship from Latvia. The location we are shipping from depends on the end address since our main goal is to offer the fastest fulfillment and shipping possible, this way the orders are routed to make it happen.

Where can I see how much the shipping will cost?
The cost of shipping will depend on where you want to ship. You are able to review the shipping cost at checkout after entering your shipping address. Rates are calculated live and we ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx.

How do I know that my order has been successfully shipped?
When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This email will include a tracking link. We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depend on product type and destination. Alternatively, you can check the status on your account page.

Can I track the shipment?
Yes. Once your item is shipped, we will send you the tracking number. You can then check your shipping status on the Canada Post website.

The estimated delivery date has passed and I still have not received my order. What’s wrong?
Please note that the estimated delivery dates are estimates only and not guarantees. There are many factors that can affect the delivery of your order. If the tracking information shows that you have received your package and you have not received your package please get in touch with us.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • All orders are shipped in the order they are received
  • Shipping hours are Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm CST
  • Please allow up to 2-7 business days to process before shipping, regardless of shipping speed
  • We use USPS or UPS to ship our orders.
  • We will ship the order per the specified method EXCEPT in the case that USPS First Class service is selected. When sent First Class, we automatically bump up to the next class of service based on weight requirements & lowest cost
    • Domestic:
      o USPS First Class Mail (0.1 – 12.8 oz)
      o USPS Priority Mail (12.9 oz – 63 oz)
      o UPS Ground (4+ lbs)
    • International:
      o USPS First Class (0.1 – 63 oz)
      o USPS Priority Mail (4+ lbs)
  • The shipping rate is calculated by the weight of the product and the delivery address
  • You will be sent a tracking number when your shipping label prints, please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to be updated.
    Note: Orders shipped 1st class USPS will not have a tracking number
  • Once your order leaves ACKEEOLOGY’s printing facility, it is out of our control. For questions and concerns about shipping, please contact the carrier.
  • ACKEEOLOGY will not be responsible for any items lost during shipping.
